Clarity

Clarity The sky a whir of colours Mixed to ill-defined profusion But then reality is revealed From the blurring of thought Clarity distilled from confusion That engulfs and smothers That stifles and envelops Slowly the sky darkens Until colour bleeds to black But clarity can be distilled From darkness still

Even when life presents itself unclear and perplexing, a moment of quiet contemplation in darkness, whether eyes closed in silent thought, staring into pitch black night or a darkened room, will often restore the clarity in thought you wish to find.
