A poem of frustration...having had to deal with bureaucrats and the unwieldy machinary of government departments both here in the UK and in Indonesia...and other countries also; my frustration eventually boiled over and I lost my temper at the intransigent, incorrigible, inflexible civil servants who were being neither civil, nor serving.
